Islamic Inheritance Law Course ( IILC )

Learners will be able to explain the fundamental sources of Islamic inheritance law (Qur’an, Hadith, and Ijma).

Learners will understand the rules of inheritance distribution and the principles of Faraid.

Learners will be able to apply the method of calculating heirs’ shares.

Learners will identify the necessary deductions (e.g., debts, funeral expenses) before distribution.

Learners will analyze which individuals are eligible or disqualified from inheritance.

Learners will be able to apply inheritance rules in real-life scenarios.

Learners will compare Islamic inheritance law with other legal systems.

Learners will use logical and mathematical approaches to solve inheritance-related problems in Islamic law.
